Very nice deisgn of room with great location to other Macau activities. The staff were very attentive and polite.

There were a few issues with the room, The Ipod dock did not work and the maintainence guys did a temporary repair but this was at 9:00 pm at night so disturbed our privacy. The light in the room would not turn of due to a faulty switch, the maintenance guy came and removed the globe at 10:00pm, again disturbing our privacy. The light was not repaired during our visit. The shower drain could not handle the shower volume of water so had to shower quickly. Generally it seemed the staff were always knocking on the door for something which discurbed our privacy.

I loved the relaxation bath in our room - absolutely spectacular. The ease of getting to the other hotels was also great as was the shopping arcades, cinema, restaurants etc.. The uniqueness of our room was amazing and the decor luxurious.

We enjoyed a relaxing break at this hotel. the location is convenient, with easy access to the ferry terminal and Hong Kong airport. the spacious rooms are beautifully decorated, with a large bathroom featuring a Japanese toilet and a wooden soaking tub. the breakfast is delicious, and we also loved the serene pool area and access to the Galaxy Pool deck.

There was some noise due to nearby construction work, but it didn't affect our overall experience.

Spent Easter weekend at this luxurious hotel and enjoyed the awesome facilities and excellent services. the location is perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and the hotel's swimming pools were a big hit with the whole family. the warm and friendly staff made us feel welcome and attended to every need. We particularly enjoyed the massage and the delicious food at the on-site restaurant. Plus, the room was spacious and very comfortable, with breathtaking views of the city.

Our experience was marred by the presence of bedbugs in our room. the bites were uncomfortable and we had to spend a lot of time dealing with the problem even after we left.

Indoor and ourdoor swimming pool was great to enjoy swimming. Especially outdoor Galaxy wave pool was excellent! We had a really good time. Next time when we go to Macau, we definitely will stay at Banyan tree Galaxy! "Super!!"

Luxury is how I would describe this hotel. You feel pampered from the moment you arrive. the room is stunning with extraordinary in-room amenities. the private pool is heated, sparkling clean, and provides beautiful views. the staff is highly trained, providing exceptional and personalised service. the location is convenient with great shopping and dining options in close proximity.

The only minor negative experience was that the breakfast area could become busy at peak hours, and there might be a short waiting time to obtain a table. Nonetheless, this hotel has a comprehensive breakfast menu with a wide range of options that cater to different tastes to ensure guests are fully satisfied.

Its simply an out of this world experience!

The rooms are huge with a swimming pool inside which is amazing!

The toilet are not well isolated, there is no ipod station which is a basic for an hotel of this level

The breakfast had a decent selection and the staff was friendly. The location of the hotel was convenient, located near shopping malls and attractions. The room had a great view of the city that made our Christmas stay much more enjoyable.

There were some aspects that made our stay less pleasant. The pool was overcrowded, so we had to wait a long time for a spot to open up.

The amenities in the room are exemplary and clean. I asked for a non smoking room and I really got one with no trace of smoke. The room was very quiet and gave us a very good opportunity to relax and unwind. I would definitely return again.

The relaxation pool inside the room, very spacious room 100sqm, excellent service. Room number is 2013, on the 1st Jan 2013 (New Year day). I am really amazed.
